🧆Today’s meal is a touch of Scandinavia, Swedish Meatballs! Known as Köttbullar in Sweden, these flavorful meatballs have been a beloved staple for centuries. Their origins go back to the 18th century inspired from Turkish köfte and blended with traditional Nordic cooking. Our version features tender, seasoned meatballs nestled in a silky, savory cream gravy that’s both hearty and comforting. Served alongside soft noodles or creamy potatoes, it’s the perfect dish to warm the heart and lift the spirit.
