Light Aerobics, Strength & Balance

Jumpstart your day with a full-spectrum fitness class designed to boost energy and mobility. This 55-minute session includes 40 minutes of low-impact cardio, strength, and stretching—followed by 15 minutes of seated conditioning using light weights. A perfect blend of movement and mindfulness for active aging. REGISTER HERE
