That’s why Meals on Wheels of the Monterey Peninsula (MOWMP) and the Meals on Wheels Community Center (MOWCC) work hand in hand to serve the diverse needs of older adults and vulnerable individuals throughout our region.
Together, we provide a continuum of support that empowers people to live healthy, independent, and socially connected lives.
Meals on Wheels of the Monterey Peninsula
MOWMP is a nonprofit organization that delivers daily meals, wellness checks, and a lifeline of support to homebound seniors, disabled adults, veterans, and other underserved neighbors throughout the Monterey Peninsula.
Our Core Services Include:

Home-Delivered Meals for clients who cannot shop or cook for themselves

Friendly visits and safety checks with every delivery

Meals on Wheels Community Center
The MOW Community Center is an extension of our mission, offering an inviting, inclusive space where individuals can gather, stay active, and engage with others. Located in Pacific Grove, the center is open to the public and offers a wide range of programs that encourage healthy aging and lifelong learning.
At the Community Center, We Offer:

Whether someone is homebound or highly active, we provide the support they need to thrive at every stage of aging.

MOWMP x MOWCC
The Meals on Wheels Community Center is a proud program of Meals on Wheels of the Monterey Peninsula (MOWMP) — a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the health, independence, and well-being of older adults in our community.
MOWMP supports active aging through in-person programs right here at the Community Center. This beautiful space in Pacific Grove is where MOWMP’s commitment to social connection, wellness, and community truly comes to life.
Together, we provide a full circle of care: from nourishing the body with meals to nourishing the spirit with friendship, activity, and purpose.
